Condiciones de Reserva y Anulación

The reservation must be confirmed by the Camping to be valid.

At the time of booking, you will have to make a payment of:

     - 10% of the total stay with a minimum of €80 for reservations of a pitch.

     - 50% of the total stay with a minimum of €80 for reservations of a bungalow.

Cancellation conditions Medium and Low Season.

Up to 7 days before the beginning of the stay you can cancel your reservation, without any type of penalty and we will return the payment made.

Canceling within the 6 days prior to the beginning of the stay, only the amount of the first night will be charged as reservation expenses (if it is less than the prepayment made)

For cancellations on the day of arrival, there will be no refund.

We will make refund within 30 days of the cancellation request.

In case of not showing up at the campsite on the day of the beginning of the stay, 100% of the advance will be charged as compensation.

Once the stay has started, all stipulated days will be paid even if you leave earlier than agreed.

Para cancelaciones de reserva sólo deberá enviarnos un correo electrónico desde la misma dirección de correo que utilizó al realizar la reserva a nuestro correo reservas@campingcabodegata.com

Si necesita realizar una modificación en su reserva deberá enviarnos un correo electrónico desde la misma dirección que utilizó anteriormente a reservas@campingcabodegata.com indicando la modifcación.

Una vez recibida la información se le enviará un nuevo correo electrónico de confirmación con los nuevos detalles de su reserva y el nuevo importe a pagar.
